Another of these very large and well equipped ECO anchor-handlers out in the Campos Basin. They are 97 metres long and have 27,000 bhp available They seem mostly to have entered service in 2015. It is possible in this photo to see the position of the loadline, which seems to be less than a metre below the main deck. All offshore vessels, except for Norwegians, seem to be similarly  regulated. Just a view, but surely due to the problems with deck-edge immersion this is insufficient freeboard.
