Back in the early days in the North Sea BP built a Sedco F type rig and called it Sea Quest, and this object was to discover the Forties Field. Supporting it were a number of anchor-handlers, at least some of them owned by P&O, the "Lady Boats". And here is a photograph of the Lady Margaret tied up to the Sea Quest, an illustration from 'The Story of the P&O". Could it be that they did not have many photos to choose from, since we can see that it has something of a problem. One of its lifeboats is in the sea and there is a tug connected to it astern. Could it be that it has a rope round a propeller? We will never know.

Photograph taken probably in the late 1960s and posted here on 30th March 2017.
