Here is the CBO Aliança on a flat calm day in one of the Brazilian oilfields. This is a UT 715, a ship type possibly unique to the owners. But what a day it is, and how busy they are out there. The photographer, Captain Jan Plug has a great eye for a shot and often manages to include other vessels in the background, in this case a drill ship and a flow line layer. They continue to be really busy out there and it would be interesting to see a full list of all the vessels the oil companies have on charter, which range from super power anchor-handlers to small utility vessels.
